The Truth Behind Cheetah Hips

In fact after I saw that I almost changed my own nickname. But then I saw the below pictures.


I guess some were meant to die off and others were meant to thrive. Evolution will not favor the weak fuckers of the first picture while it has great favored the two below it. Today I will tell you the story of my nickname and how I intend to evolve as a weightlifter so I might survive the sarengeti that is the platform.






Most of you dont know the story. Why I gave myself the name Cheetah Hips. This might blow your goddamn mind. Because Zeus himself blessed my hip girdle with a goddamn thunderbolt I gave myself this nickname to honor his wonderful gift. Thank you Zeus! Even though I have this impressive gift I still have issues and I will now list them and the fixes I am making.

Mentally:

This is a big ass pain right here. Somedays I set up to the bar and remember that I am a fucking savage beast that wants to rip the head off of the fucking bar and watch it bleed all over the platform. Than there are days like yesterday when I go 1 for 7 at 140 and have to save that 1 lousy snatch. I was unaggressive and I was slow. I was meak and mild. Not angry, powerful and fast. I think I must remember the snatch and clean and jerk are not happy movements. Some people yell "Finesse Reece!" That never works for me. I am a highly technical person, yes, but I just want to rip that fucking bar in two or smash it to death with my fucking hips! I think way to much about the movement. Being Highly Technical kills me on heavy days! Smash that bar to death than rip it in half! Find your enemy (the bar) and destroy that mother fucker!!!

Physically:

Zeus, once again bro thank you for the incredibly fast hips but if you don't mind putting in a good word for me with your good friend Atlas who seems to be strong enough to hold up the world and ask him for a blessing that would be great. What I am saying I have said before. I need more strength. Done there.

Aggression:

I touched on this in the mentally section. I just need to be mean as fuck and get under the bar.


Yeah... Thats that for today. I have incredibly fast hips I just need everything else to fall into place and since nothing ever just happens I'll work at all of this stuff hard, every day like I have been doing.
