Oh Fuck yeah! My first post! So as this is my first post let me explain what is in this blog so that later on when you think I am just rambling the fuck on you know whats happening. This blog will be about anything and everything. From every day happenings and encounters to my new found love for Olympic Weightlifting and the people who help me there. It might have a exerpt or two on politics, the awesome things the love of my life LoDawg (that is here name on my blog) does for me. I may even talk about my work (rarely) and will definitely answer questions about anything. So about me. I am self described as being awesome and super fucking competitive. Losing is fucking lame, so I work hard not to do that very often. I hate wearing shirts. I love being outside. I love hunting and fishing and eating dead animals. Veagans are just pussies. I love LoDawg. God blessed me with her. I recently started designing my own workouts just to test how good of a programmer I am on myself. I own three animals and you'll get to hear all about them in future posts.
So why did I do this? Because everyone I respect has blogs, so why not me too? Okay lets delve into the fucking vortex that is my mind for today! Also I just realized I could make this a training log. Fuckin A!
I told Dicky A (life coach) and Jeremy (training supervisor) that I wouldn't write about weightlifting to much, but I am going to post my workouts here daily so we can all discuss them. I'll put up the Reece Messerly Weightlifting Manifesto later.
Today:
Snatch - 130 x 2 x 5
C&J - 175 x 2 x 5
Pendlay Rows - 3 x 3
Weighted Pullups 3 x 3
Back Squat - 165 x 20 x 2 (I'll do the second set of 20 if I'm not fucking dieing)
Finish it off with back extension and ghd situps.
